PRINCIPAL / DIRECTOR OF DESIGN

Juli Russell started in the Hospitality industry as the in-house senior designer for John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts. During that time Juli was involved in the development of an 85 hotel portfolio consisting of new development and renovation of mostly Hilton and Marriott full-service brands and convention spaces.

With the support of John Q. Hammons Juli decided to take her experience and passion for the hospitality industry to start her own design business. Since that time, Juli has continued to build relationships with clients and industry leaders. She has also designed and managed over 300 full-service, select-service, renovation, and new-build projects.
